Dear Bosslady, your interview with Elise you said "I developed a procedure where I used my dominance and sexual power to force him into deep submission to me." I am very interested in this. Can you give me more detail on your procedure and how exactly to do this?

Boss Lady: No, because you are different than me and my approach might not work for you. I basically took what I wanted from my husband. He first introduced female domination to me but once I made the quality decision to embrace it, I demanded his total submission and I took what I wanted from him. My philosophy is that in female domination, the man exists to serve the woman. My needs and my wants are paramount. His needs and his wants are secondary.

My approach was to feminize him, discipline him and emasculate him. My means were very direct. A better approach would be the more softer, incremental approach Elise outlines in her procedures. And I highly recommend the current series that is running in Predominant 2012 by a woman named Monica. She is focusing on the fundamentals. It encompasses elements of feminization, discipline and emasculation but her approach is probably better suited for the masses than how I went about it. But I must say … my way was a hell of a lot of fun.
