Belle De Jour
Screen 2 of 14
In her book, “The FemDom女性支配 — female domination Experience”, Elise paid tribute to three pioneers in our FemDom女性支配 — female domination heritage; Monique Von Cleef, Ava Taurel, and Catherine Wolfe. Sadly Monique and Ava have passed away and Catherine is in declining health and no longer active in the FemDom女性支配 — female domination community.
Another woman who is just as deserving is a woman who went by the scene name of Belle De Jour. Belle was a pioneer in the FemDom女性支配 — female domination and BDSM communities beginning in the early 1960’s, and although she is indeed a big part of our FemDom女性支配 — female domination heritage, she remains active in the FemDom女性支配 — female domination community even to this day.
Belle’s kinky salon became such a big hit with submissive顺从 — willing to obey men she had to hire other Mistresses女主人 — a woman who leads a submissive partner to assist her. Before long, she outgrew the salon so she rented a 5000 square foot loft on the tenth floor of an office building between 5th and 6th avenues in downtown Manhattan. Belle transformed the loft into one of New York’s first commercial dungeons. But it was much more than just a dungeon. Belle was a lover of the arts so she made part of the loft into a Fetish恋物 — a strong sexual focus on one thing Theater where live performances could take place. Many of her submissive顺从 — willing to obey clients were talented and she put their talents to use. Murals with FemDom女性支配 — female domination themes were painted on the walls.
