In the late 1970’s, Countess Anne formed a small FemDom女性支配 — female domination group along with some other dominant women. Most of the women came out of the California Leather community but they wanted to form a group where Dominant women could collar项圈 — a band worn around the neck and train willing submissive顺从 — willing to obey men. Some of the women who formed this FemDom女性支配 — female domination group had lived in California prior to relocating to Nevada.

In the book, “The FemDom女性支配 — female domination Experience”, a member of Countess Anne's FemDom女性支配 — female domination group, Cynthia, described some of her experiences.

“This group met in Pahrump, and sometimes in Las Vegas, for about a four year period and we were underground except we did advertise in an alternative newspaper. We also targeted male college students at UNLV. That is where I went to school. I answered the ad which was on a flyer placed in the student union and that is how I first met a woman named Mistress女主人 — a woman who leads a submissive partner Janet. I was the only college-aged female who joined but we had many college-aged males who went through the training.
