I am not sure I would classify your experience with the other couple as female domination or cuckolding but if your sex life with your former girlfriend was about her pleasure, than she did dominate you in the bedroom. There need not be leather or whips or D&S activities to be female domination. When the focus in the bedroom is on the woman’s pleasure, than that is classic FemDom女性支配 — female domination.

Swinging is its own lifestyle choice. I do not consider it to be D&S or FemDom女性支配 — female domination. However, I have on occasion heard from couples where the woman swings but the man is not permitted. These couples consider that form of swinging as an exercise in FemDom女性支配 — female domination because it is a one-way street. The key with these couples is that the man would like to swing but the wife forbids it, while she is free to express her sexual liberation. In your case, you didn’t want to swing so to deny a man what he doesn’t want is not really domination. To deny a man what he craves is an exercise in domination because he has to learn self-discipline and he has to submit to the will of the woman even when her will runs contrary to what he wants.
