"I took whipping lessons for my role as Tanya, The Lotus Eater in The Revenge of The Pink Panther. I think word got around, because when I arrived at my dressing room there was a queue of men waiting. I can’t imagine why??!!" -- Valerie Leon

Scene from "Revenge of the Pink Panther"

Clouseau: "Madam, l demand to know exactly what is going on in here."

Madam Wu: "Well, just about anything your little heart desires. But first, why don't you relax?

Give Benson your hat and your coat, have a drink, get to know the girls. And then, when you are up to it, you can choose from a wide variety of exciting little diversions."

(Madam Wu notices Clouseau is wearing women's shoes and stockings长袜 — a close-fitting covering for the leg)

Madam Wu: "But I see that you already have a preference."

(Ringing the gong)

Madam Wu: "Allow me to introduce, Tanya, the Lotus Eater."

(Valerie Leon makes her unforgettable entrance decked out in leather and cracking a bullwhip)

Clouseau: "l warn you, Tanya the Easter Lotus, I am opposed to the women's libs. Man is the master and a woman's place is in the hoooommmmme!"

(Whip swishes and cracks)

Clouseau: "Ooh! Ow!"

(The detective shrieks and screams as Tanya closes the door and proceeds to teach Clouseau, with the aid of her whip, that she is the boss.
