There were many events and gatherings developing in North America and Europe in the late 1980's and Verushka attended as many as she could. She and her Dominant Female friends were models, voyeurs and members of the scene at "Dressing for Pleasure" and similar Fetish恋物 — a strong sexual focus on one thing Fashion shows in New York City and Paris.

In our world of "kinky" sex, which defined properly means sexual behavior which is acted out for more reason than just giving birth to more human beings or doing behavior that is not limited to traditional social, religious or ethnic rules and regulations, there has come some terminology which is misleading and has gained a certain stigma attached to it. The main term is S and M or S&M. A lot of people do not even know what those two letters stand for!

They just use them and say them and create an aura around the letters which has now permeated the media. When terminology has permeated the media it usually gets distorted, hyped and misinterpreted.
