Ladies, put on your favorite pair of leather boots. Preferably black thigh-high boots with three or four inch spiked heels if you can wear them. If you have never worn a pair of these before this exercise, then you are in for a treat. They might be hard to get used to walking in them, but that will come. You are not going to be doing a lot of walking in them during this procedure. You will be amazed at how dominant and powerful you will feel with them on.

Once you are dressed, stand up and admire yourself in the mirror. Look at how dominant and powerful you look in your boots. Get one of your whips (a riding crop马鞭 — a short whip would work best) and pose with it in the mirror. Now you look like one gorgeous and powerful woman. Few men could resist such a vision of female sexuality and power.

Wait until your submissive顺从 — willing to obey gets an eye full of you. Seeing you wearing leather probably makes him weak. Seeing you in your thigh high boots might drain him of his strength. There is something about boots that drives men crazy with passion and submission.
