28 November 2005 (Mon.): We are back home and back in our routine. It was a good trip and I really tried to be the good submissive顺从 — willing to obey, placing Mistress女主人 — a woman who leads a submissive partner’s needs, wants and concerns above mine. The morning began with me giving Mistress女主人 — a woman who leads a submissive partner and nice long foot rub and she curled beneath her covers. Of course I served her breakfast, assisted her with dressing and all the usual domestic service I perform to see her off to work.

After she left I got in a 30-minute Belly Dance for weight loss workout and then went to a doctor appointment. I spent the rest of the day in doing some grocery and Christmas shopping.
