Once the walls were in place, I covered the plywood ceiling with the rubber mats then I laid the rubber flooring, which were the same interlocking mats that I used on the walls.

I also ran lighting and a switch on the outside of the room so Ashley could turn the light on or off from outside the room. I also installed an intercom and attach it to the intercom system we had upstairs in our house. Finally, I installed a small door which could only be locked from the outside. I attached the rubber mats to the inside of the door so when closed, the room was totally rubber. It took me close to a month to finish the room, working evenings and weekends, but I made my own prison. I made my rubber deprivation chamber.
