(Ashley: Jack got a clean bill of health from this Doctor although he was reminded that he still has the herniated disk but it is not bad enough to need surgery. Regular exercise and physical therapy should allow him to be active and to return to normal activities.

Jack: Ashley tied me face down on the bed, using the fleece wrist and ankle cuffs attached to the bedposts with rope. I was completely immobile.

My wife got into her toy-box and laid out on the chair a couple of whips and a paddle.

Next, she went to a harsher whip, I believe a crop. The sting of the leather tip across my ass臀部 — the buttocks got my attention. Ashley began to lecture me about all the work I needed to catch up on around the house. She recited a long list of chores and projects that I needed to plan for. All the while, the sting from her whip drove her points home.
