What can I say except it seems that Jim was in more need of a dominant wife than he was a secretary. You met his need for a dominant girlfriend (and eventually a dominant wife). He did not know how to handle such a bossy, forceful young woman. Your personality obviously turned him on and he became a prisoner under your dominant spell.

You were fortunate because more times than not, you would have been fired. But you gave him multiple chances to fire you but he chose to submit to you. More power to you both. I wish you a long and happy marriage and I hope his business succeeds. My advice to him is that if he ever needs to hire another secretary, he should hire a man. Take care!
