Here's what I do. I insert the balloon enema retention nozzle into the male’s anus肛门 — the rear opening and the catheter into the head of his penis阴茎 — the male sex organ. I fill both enema bags with warm enema solution. This connecting system features a large "Y" center connector and lots of vinyl tubing specifically sized to tightly connect together both large capacity rapid flow enema bags with the enema retention nozzle and the catheter. The ingenious "Y" connector is constructed so that it elevates one enema bag about twelve inches above the height of the second bag. This design allows for the "forced" administration of the enema solution from the higher bag for quick and thorough colon penetration by allowing one solution to flow into the submissive顺从 — willing to obey faster, and the contents of the bottom bag to flow slower. The top bag may contain the warm water mixed with a soap solution whereas the bottom bag will be a mixture of warm water and a herbal solution that promotes health and spirituality. With the adjustment of the valves, I can direct some of the solution into the prostate as well as into the colon.

With this unit, I also may use a high quality flex-i-cuff enema nozzle with air instillation holes and large air insertion squeeze bulb. The silicon cuff inflates a full 100cc with one full squeeze of the included cuff inflator. This is a popular "retention" enema nozzle used by hospitals and clinics where patients are administered an enema which they must hold or retain for a prolonged period of time.
