I was trained by Ingrid to be her personal valet, her maid女仆 — a woman servant, her domestic and personal slave奴隶 — a person kept in total obedience. Ingrid had me convert part of our basement into a soundproof dungeon. There I was disciplined and she trained me to endure severe S&M sessions. I did fear Ingrid. I loved her, I worshiped her but my body would actually tremble when she decreed that I had failed her in some way and that she was going to punish me.

I don’t want to sensationalize what I had to endure over those fifteen years but Ingrid turned out to be crueler than I fantasized about or could possibly imagine. I went through intense mental and physical abuse. I enjoyed it, I feared it, I willingly endured it, but ultimately it took its toll on my mind and my body. Ingrid was masterfully skilled in a number of the S&M arts but her specialty was the bullwhip. Her mother was known for using the bullwhip and not many Dommes女主人 — a dominant woman are skilled with that implement of discipline. Once Ingrid had me trained to the place where I could endure it, she would string me up and use the bullwhip and single tail on me. I will carry the marks on my body for the rest of my life.
