It is very possible that he was overly shy and reserved at this social because it was a house full of complete strangers and he had to endure D&S play in front of these strangers. My husband has never been comfortable at public events. Around the house when it is just him and I, he is full of submissive顺从 — willing to obey energy and he loves to be dominated, but try to dominate him in front of other people, especially if they are strangers, you would swear I was making him do it and that he hated it. Some people thrive in a public setting and some people don’t.

Likewise, it is possible that Cheri was a little over the top at this social because she thrives in a public setting. She might have been slapping his face and verbally abusing him and whipping him extra hard because this is a venue where she can let go and show off a little. Perhaps when the two of them are alone at her place, she balances out her dominance with lots of nurturing. Perhaps she does adhere to the principals of loving female authority.
