In fairness to this woman, she was just doing her job. I bet she was amused (and depending on her personality, she may have been flattered that she had that kind of power over a man) but you can’t assume that so it is your responsibility to always approach her in the professional manner she deserves. So next year, you might want to “relieve yourself” prior to going to the doctor if you don’t think you can control yourself. If she was in any way offended (which I doubt) she will probably have the doctor or someone else do your prostate exam next time. But then again, maybe she will want to see if she can make it happen again. You should be so lucky. Take care.
