There are books out there that will give tips on how to do a facial, such as the best products to use, how to utilize warm towels, creams, facial scrubs, how to apply a facial mask, etc. You need to devote yourself to your Queen and part of being devoted is taking the time to learn. Perhaps if reading books does not do the trick, you could actually pay a professional to teach you how to give facials and/or massages按摩 — rubbing the body to ease it. Perhaps you could even enroll in classes. But for this little exercise try to gain as much knowledge as you can through books.

Now it is time to put into action what you have learned. Set aside a day to treat your Queen like a Queen. Make it similar to the bubble bath we discussed last issue, in that it needs to be without interruption or distraction. Make sure there are no kids or pets to get in the way. Make sure the phone is silent and try your best to eliminate disruptions.
