A candle (preferably a white paraffin candle), a lighter, 5 or 6 clothespins, enough rope to be able to tie your submissive顺从 — willing to obey up with, an ice pack filled with ice cubes, an enema bag, a butt plug肛塞 — a toy worn in the anus, some duct tape, a diaper or a water proof pad, some lubrication like KY jelly, your favorite whip and/or paddle, and a blindfold眼罩 — a cover for the eyes or bandana.

Also, write on a piece of paper the words “Go to the (room that you chose as your play room) immediately”. Then fold the piece of paper.

Exercise I.

Dress in some sexy underwear or lingerie情趣内衣 — women's fancy underwear and call your submissive顺从 — willing to obey into your bedroom. Kiss on him, undress him, and get him aroused. Allow him to kiss and fondle you. Then once you have him very aroused, stop, push him away, and begin to lecture him about not being submissive顺从 — willing to obey enough for you. Tell him that you need a man who is in absolute submission to you all of the time. Tell him that you have decided to send him to see someone who will break him and make him into the kind of submissive顺从 — willing to obey man that you need.

Hand him the folded piece of paper and tell him to wait ten minutes (or however much time you need to change into your next outfit) before he reads what is on the paper.
