Ladies, it’s time to get serious. It‘s time to demand more submission from your man. I know from the feedback that most women are in a similar place with their relationship. You enjoy your newly discovered dominant nature and you have discovered that you really enjoy dominating your man. It has spiced up your sex life and you are seeing an improvement in his attitude toward you and women in general, outside of the bedroom. He obeys you most of the time, but he still isn’t where you would like him to be. He still maintains too much of an independent spirit and attitude and he still tries to control situations and he even still tries to control you.

Well, I have good news for you. He wants you to take charge. We needed to lay a foundation first, but now that we have, it’s time to get serious. Females are superior. Men are here to serve and obey us. With that established, it’s time to move into a higher level of D&S.

This week’s procedure is step one to our higher level of play and lifestyle. Besides a weekly exercise, I am going to challenge you to demand certain things from your submissive顺从 — willing to obey male throughout the rest of the week. Our exercises will no longer end with the conclusion of our weekly procedure. I am going to be challenging you to carry it more and more into your everyday life.
