A lot of times guilt is brought on by societal pressures and societal expectations. You and your lovely wife have chosen to swim against the current and have embraced a lifestyle that fulfills your true natures, even if it means going against the societal expectations of others. You both know that this lifestyle makes you happy and fulfilled but that does not erase the mind-set that was prevalent in your upbringing. You watched your parents live a certain way and you watched others live a certain way so a certain mind-set was formed. That is not always easy to overcome and thus guilt or a feeling that you are “different” can enter into your thoughts. That is only natural. But you counter that within by reminding yourself how much happier you are with your wife in control. Likewise, your wife counters negative thoughts by reminding herself that you are happier being in the servant role. As a submissive顺从 — willing to obey male, you are fulfilled when you are serving her. You need to remind her of this by constantly telling her how blessed you feel to be able to serve her.
