Having said that, just because you are her “man servant” and “househusband家庭主夫 — a husband who keeps the house”, that does not mean she can’t help out, if she so chooses. I am sure there are some chores she enjoys doing. Some women love to work in their flower gardens. Some women love to cook. Some women love to take care of the kids. Just because you are her servant, that does not mean she has to nothing. It is totally up to her and part of being a servant is to yield to the woman’s wishes, so if she wants to do certain tasks around the house, then you should be thankful and not fight her.
The key is that you have a servant’s heart and you are willing to do all the chores. That is what matters. As long as your wife knows that you will do whatever chores she assigns and as long as she knows that you are willing to work diligently and give it your all, then she knows you are totally committed to her authority. If she needs to devote herself to her school work and thus she needs you to do most of the housework, then you need to be willing. But if she wants to do certain chores to either help you out or because she enjoys doing certain chores, you need to relax and accept her assistance. Remember she is in charge and she decides.
