I greatly disagree with you about cheating. I am totally against women having extra-marital affairs behind the husband’s back. Cheating is not limited to women. Men also cheat so I do not see cheating or extra-marital affairs as being a part of societal evolution or the empowerment of women. Women may be having more affairs than men these days and that does speak to the growing sexual liberation of women (which I admit is a sign of societal evolution toward women gaining power) but men are also cheating and cheating causes great emotional pain and damages marriages, regardless of who is doing the cheating.
