So knowing that you must receive countless emails on any variety of topics; have you also noticed an increased interest and awareness of this subject in recent years? And if so, what is your take on the emerging attitudes of both women and men? Also, women now comprise about 60% of post-secondary students, do you think this is about where it will level off or do you see the female/male ratio continuing to increase before a natural balance is achieved?

A. Thank you for your question and yes, it is definitely interesting enough to warrant a spot in my Q&A forum.

If you will read the “Societal Evolution” entries in my Q&A archives, you will see a number of entries where I give my opinion about women excelling in higher education and outperforming men from the classroom to the boardroom.
