A. It has been said that we become in life the books we read and the people we associate with. The power of association cannot be minimized. That is why we need to be careful of who we choose to be our close friends.
I had a woman write me a while back about a FemDom女性支配 — female domination group she and her husband had joined. She was thinking about quitting because she was uncomfortable with the group D&S sessions at their monthly play parties. However, she didn’t want to lose the friendships of the other couples of the group because of the non-group activities they did together.
This group was successful because of the many non-D&S activities that took place outside the monthly group sessions. The women would meet bi-weekly for lunch or they would go shopping together. The men would get to together and go to a ball game or some other “guy activity”. And couples would regularly meet for dinner. This built relationships and the woman who wrote me didn’t want to lose this association because it was having a positive effect on her and her husband.
She was growing as a dominant woman by hanging around other dominant women. Likewise, the other submissive顺从 — willing to obey husbands were having a positive effect on her husband. She loved being with these people doing so-called normal activities. She was just uneasy wearing leather and having her husband naked in front of these same people in a group session. She was a private person and she wanted to keep her sex life private.
