I hope this lengthy answer gives you a different perspective of power and abuse of power. A mistake some men make is that they think that when women become dominant, they want to be like men. That is not the case. Domination and authority to women is different than how men perceive it. Men tend to think that in order for there to be a winner, there also must be a loser. Women are making the best CEO’s and the best Managers because they seek solutions that are win/win solutions. I believe that same female characteristic can also steer society toward a common good.
