And who has the upper hand in this round, and how many rounds do we have to go and how will this match finish? Who will be on top?

A. A boxing match is too patriarchal for an analogy of female supremacy and societal evolution. Besides, in a boxing match there is a winner and a loser. I prefer to believe that society is headed to a place where both women and men are winners. Of course we believe we know who will be on top but both women and men will want women to be on top, so that makes them both winners.

Today, there are 15 rounds in a boxing match but in the days of old they fought until there was only one man standing. In other words, a match was not a reflection of time but rather the accomplishment of a goal. Football is a game of time but in baseball there is no clock, thus no one knows how long a game will last until 27 outs are recorded with one team ahead of the other.

I believe we are eternal beings living within the physical limitations of time and space. We are only limited by our bodies. Our mind is limitless and our soul is eternal. If you want to be philosophical, ponder this. In the Bible it says that God sealed the Book of Life prior to creation. In the book of Life are the recorded names of those souls that will live in Heaven. Yet the book was sealed before any soul was created. How is that possible? It is possible because God is not confined by time. God lives in eternity and there is no beginning or end in eternity.
