A. You must always keep in mind that both you and your husband have talents and skills that compliment each other. Being in authority means that you are in charge but that does not mean you must micro-manage every area of your husband’s life. Part of being in authority over someone means that you must delegate that authority in certain areas where the submissive顺从 — willing to obey has talents and skills that you do not possess.
This is true for some couples in the area of finances. The woman needs to be in charge of the finances and she should have final say in all financial matters but if her husband is more gifted in the day-to-day managing of the finances (balancing the checkbook, paying bills, making smart investments, etc) then the wise woman will delegate out that responsibility to her husband and he must keep her informed by giving her financial reports and by seeking her permission to make purchases and other financial transactions. In other words, the woman is the CEO and the husband is the Accountant who must report to the CEO.
