Lidocaine is a local anesthetic that is usually used by dentists or physicians. I don't think Americans can walk into a pharmacy and buy it. Topicaine is an anesthetic clear gel containing lidocaine that numbs the skin. Topicaine is used to prevent and relieve pain for procedures such as waxing热蜡除毛 — removing hair with warm wax and tattooing. Topicaine is easier to obtain but I am not sure about using it as you recommend. Any feedback from others would be welcomed.

Q. Ms. Sutton, this is in regards to the letter written by Abby W. My wife has me locked in a CB-2000 for over 2 years now and you are right in saying it takes time to get accustomed to. The burning sensation felt while wearing the CB-2000 is caused by the penis阴茎 — the male sex organ attempting to become erect. This will happen at night when the wearer has to urinate or when stimulated. My solution was to put a small amount of Vaseline on the scrotum阴囊 — the sac that holds the testicles after the A ring was put in place. This will help somewhat but the only fool proof method is to avoid all erections. If this cannot be done, we found that removing the cage for a few minutes relieved the pain.

Also, there were 2 letters written by a Karen C. awhile back. I can't seem to find them in your archives and am wondering what happened to them.

A. Thanks for the feedback. I will also pass your suggestions along and post it on my site for others to benefit from your experience.
