One more note of importance. Female rule will not be anything like the patriarchal system. It will not be a reverse of the old guard with men and women changing positions. Women in charge will usher in something new and it will be a win/win scenario for both genders for the female nature does not exist to destroy but rather to heal and to nurture. Nature knows what it is doing and we may not be able to fully predict or comprehend what is transpiring, but we can be true to our natures and our desires and embrace those inner pullings. We may or may not see it come to fruition in our lifetime but we can take comfort and we can be excited about this societal evolution.

Q. Dear Ms Elise, regarding female superiority in the work place, I am seeing it more and more prevalent especially in the white collar项圈 — a band worn around the neck educated professions. I work at a major national banking institution and women are now the vast majority of the assistant managers and bank managers. I myself have a female supervisor. She is very strict but fair.

I guess my question is do you see this trend continuing and do you think it will also manifest itself in the blue collar项圈 — a band worn around the neck workplace? Thank you very much for your time.
