The women who rise to the top in the white collar项圈 — a band worn around the neck world (like your bank managers and supervisors) are flexing their dominance in the workplace and the women who choose to tackle blue collar项圈 — a band worn around the neck jobs are flexing their dominance in the workplace. Dominance is an attitude and while women usually show their superiority via their intellect, more and more women are also finding satisfaction in competing with males in physical endeavors as well. All of these women are to be admired and respected, which is what you have done through sharing your experience. Take care.

Q. Dear Ms Sutton, I enjoyed reading your books, they are very informative. The one question I had and it seems to be prevalent in all writings in this area, is why is it always explained as adversarial?

Expressions like "I decided that I would love to have the upper hand in my marriage” and others are quite common in your writing and others. My wife seems to think this is quite demeaning to the male partner, and I must admit I have no reasonable argument to come back with.

I don't know maybe that is the way it has to be. It is her biggest hang up about this issue. If you had any thoughts I would appreciate it. I find your writings to be very clear and straightforward.
