A few years ago there was a survey and the number one talk show host that women watched was Oprah. Do you know who men listen to the most? Howard Stern. Need I say more about the differences between men and women? Mr. Stern appeals to juvenile and crude male traits. Oprah appealed to women because they could sense that she wants to make the world a better place.

The world needs more women like Oprah to blaze the trail. If she can do it, other women can do it. No matter what the career or what the field, women can overcome the odds and rise to the top if they will be guided by their hearts and if they will utilize their talents and assets.
