The next stage was for her to take full financial control and this meant that my entire monthly salary would go straight to her and I would have no access to any of it. She wanted me to give up everything to her and I actually wanted to give up everything to her too. It just seemed right and so I arranged with the accounting clerk at the company I work for that I wanted my salary to be directly deposited into my wife’s bank account. Soon afterwards, we visited my bank because she wanted me to no longer have a bank account of my own. She said it was appropriate in order to make her financial control complete. The money in my account was transferred to her account and then my account was closed. Now only she has access to our money and the only money I receive is when she gives me some to buy groceries or fuel for our car. Even then, I have to provide her with receipts to show what I have spent and give anything left over back to her.
