While I'm not taking away the luster of female achievement in school and career, I am of the opinion that the system has failed for the boys and no one is really taking responsibility to address the issue. Instead they say that the girls are "better"... but I remember when I was growing up, boys and girls did well together or did badly. They was really no dominant gender doing better than the other in school. I think that this is a problem that must be addressed properly instead of declaring female "victory". Of course, many followers of the female supremacy, gynarchal, matriarchal AND "mainstream" believe that the society of the future will see women holding most if not all the positions of high responsibility and authority in private business and government, while males will generally occupy "labor" or "clerical" type jobs. What do you think?

A. It is true that a college degree is not a prerequisite to success. There are many success stories where people (both men and women) have gone on to prosper endeavors without going to college or even finishing high school. The success formula of a dream + hard work = success still applies. However, usually good work habits are formed in school. Some people are easily bored and the world of business is more challenging than school work, thus these people do not do well in school but excel once they start their own business. Other people do not function well within set parameters but excel once those parameters are removed.
