When I first read up on the subject I was not at all sure whether the benefits of chastity禁欲 — being kept from orgasm matched what people claimed but I can now see that for me they are very real. One point many of them made was that husbands became more attentive when locked. Jim has always done his share of the chores, but from the very first moment he was locked up for any time, I noticed a change. He became ever more attentive to me and I found extra little tasks being done. He cleared up without having to be told and I found that tasks I asked him to do generally got done. He isn’t perfect and certainly slacks off when I give him an extended break. I tested this one time, by locking him up early even though I’d promise him a month of freedom. He complained but sure enough, all those little jobs got done.

It isn’t just the chores. He is much more attentive to my needs, providing little extras. A coffee here, he’ll fetch something I need immediately and if he sees something I need before I even ask it will be there, small presents, something a little extra on my plate when he cooks and cleans, which is much more often.
