You say your husband needs firmness and he responds to your firmness. It is obvious from your description that Corporal Sessions take your husband to subspace. The result is that he becomes more docile but he should also become more attentive. Perhaps you are overdoing the severity of his discipline. Perhaps you could be firm without the sessions being so intense. I don’t know and you will have to experiment and communicate with your husband to find that which works. It is obvious that he needs regular discipline sessions and he responds to your discipline sessions but perhaps you need to find that balance of love and punishment, nurturing and discipline. It is Ok for him to be docile toward you but he needs to also be attentive to your needs.

As far as methods of disciplining a man that requires little effort from the woman, or punishing a man (there is a difference) that requires little effort from the woman, we have examined some of these methods in the past. I receive quite a bit of inquiry about “The Horse”, which a woman named Lee shared with me and I shared her method in both my book and on my site. Lee even shared some photos and directions on how to construct “The Horse”.

In Predominant a woman named Ashley shared how she utilizes a deprivation chamber (or a rubber room of solitude) when she disciplines and punishes her husband, Jack. They even included some photos of the room along with a description of how Jack constructed it.
