The mind is limitless and creativity goes a long way when it comes to this lifestyle. This lifestyle only becomes boring or a burden if you neglect it. The possibilities are only limited by a closed mind. Often D&S desires feed creative thought and creative thought breeds invention. I had an entry from a woman named Janet in a past “Real Stories” on how she utilizes technology in her D&S sessions with her husband. This has allowed her to dominate her husband with little physical effort on her part. She uses remote controls and machines (such as a spanking machine) that are available through D&S toy stores.

You can use your own creativity or you can do research and borrow the ideas of others. There are many ways a woman can discipline, punish, train and dominate her husband. Some require little effort from the woman whereas others can be physical. There is nothing wrong with physical activity from time to time. My own personal feeling is that the more hands-on the session, the more powerful the session. However, there are times when a woman needs to mete out discipline when she is not in the mood and for those times, a little creativity can go a long way. Thanks for the question.
