When I first met my wife, she had a pro-women attitude. I remember that she explained to me that women are better at multi-tasking, that women are better at coping with pressure and making difficult or complex decisions, that women are more sensible and logical, and that women are more practical and intuitive. She added “Women are a lot smarter than men and much more perceptive”. To underscore her point, she noted that females are outperforming males at every level of education and that more top jobs are going to women. Furthermore, there are more female politicians, more female managers, more female millionaires and more females than ever before are starting their own businesses. I had never given any of this a great deal of thought but she highlighted to me how all aspects of life are becoming more dominated by females, basically because females have more opportunities than ever before and they are excelling and demonstrating that they can operate better than men. Even at the company where I work, the evidence was there. About 60% of the staff are male, but statistically it is the female employees who are always more efficient and productive. The company also has a monthly incentive scheme which has been running for about a year and it had always been won by a female.
